These terms cover your use of Flashy, a Discord bot (the “Service”). By adding Flashy to a server, installing it to your Discord account, or using any of its commands, you agree to them. If you do not agree, remove Flashy and stop using it.
Flashy is a general-purpose utility bot. It currently provides reminders, and further features may be added, changed, or removed over time. It is a personal project offered free of charge, with no service level, uptime guarantee, or support commitment.
You agree not to use Flashy to:
You are responsible for the content you give Flashy and for how you use it in the servers you belong to.
Flashy runs on free, shared infrastructure and delivers scheduled messages through Discord. Delivery can be late, or can fail entirely — for example if Discord is unavailable, if Flashy loses access to a channel, if you have direct messages disabled, or if Flashy no longer shares a server with you.
The Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. Access may be suspended or removed for any user or server, at our discretion, in particular where these terms are being broken. These terms may be updated; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including a reminder that was delivered late or not at all.
What Flashy stores, why, and how to delete it are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
